GETTING TO NZ TAIWAN DAY
Victory Convention Centre is conveniently located at 98 Beaumont Street, Freemans Bay, Auckland 1010, just minutes from Auckland’s CBD and easily accessible from all major routes. Whether you’re travelling from the North Shore, South Auckland, East Auckland, or West Auckland, the directions below will help guide you to our venue smoothly and efficiently.
🚗From the North (North Shore)
1. Get onto State Highway 1 (SH1) South.
2. Cross the Auckland Harbour Bridge toward the City.
3. Take the Nelson Street / Karangahape Road exit.
4. Continue straight onto Nelson Street.
5. Turn right onto Wellesley Street West.
6. Turn right onto Franklin Road.
7. Continue down Franklin Road.
8. Turn left onto Beaumont Street.
9. Victory Convention Centre (98 Beaumont Street) will be on your left.
🚗From the East (Botany / Panmure / Glen Innes)
1. Drive west toward the city via Tamaki Drive or State Highway 16 (via city connectors).
2. Head toward Auckland CBD.
3. Join Nelson Street heading west.
4. Turn right onto Wellesley Street West.
5. Turn right onto Franklin Road.
6. Continue down Franklin Road.
7. Turn left onto Beaumont Street.
8. Victory Convention Centre (98 Beaumont Street) will be on your left.
🚗From the South (Manukau / Airport)
1. Take State Highway 1 (SH1) North toward Auckland City.
2. Follow signs for City Centre / Nelson Street.
3. Take the Nelson Street exit.
4. Continue along Nelson Street.
5. Turn right onto Wellesley Street West.
6. Turn right onto Franklin Road.
7. Continue down Franklin Road.
8. Turn left onto Beaumont Street.
9. Victory Convention Centre (98 Beaumont Street) will be on your left.
🚗From the West (Henderson / West Auckland)
1. Take State Highway 16 (SH16) East toward the City.
2. Take the exit toward Ponsonby / Western Springs.
3. Continue toward Ponsonby Road.
4. Turn onto Franklin Road heading downhill toward the city.
5. Turn right onto Beaumont Street.
6. Victory Convention Centre (98 Beaumont Street) will be on your left.

There will be limited pay to park at Victory Convention Centre available however there are nearby carparks as well.

🚶 Walking From Nearby Stops
Once you step off at any of these stops, Victory Convention Centre is typically a short walk — generally under 10 minutes — depending on which stop you use and your pace. Freemans Bay has good pedestrian access from Victoria Park / Fanshawe Street area toward Beaumont Street via Franklin Road.
🚆 By Train to Britomart, then to Victory Convention Centre
1. Travel by train to Britomart Transport Centre
• Take any Auckland train line (Western, Southern, Eastern, or Onehunga Line) to Britomart, the city’s main train terminal.
• Exit the station onto Queen Street.
🚶 Option 1: Walk from Britomart (Approx. 20–25 minutes)
1. From Britomart, walk up Queen Street.
2. Turn left onto Wellesley Street West.
3. Continue straight along Wellesley Street West.
4. Turn right onto Franklin Road.
5. Walk up Franklin Road.
6. Turn left onto Beaumont Street.
7. Continue to 98 Beaumont Street — this is Victory Convention Centre.
